Faulty Goods, Refunds & Returns

Once the delivery has been made we cannot take responsibility if juices are left to spoil. The juices become your responsibility once they have been delivered by the courier. If there are any defects or problems with your order please contact us immediately to let us know.  If you do not let us know within 3 hours of delivery we reserve the right to not refund or replace your purchase. 

If your parcel has not arrived on the day required please contact us that same day so we can rectify the issue as soon as possible and contact DPD. If we are contacted the following day, we reserve the right to issue a replacement or refund.
